200982: XTREME DUTY Oil Cooler Kit: Offers Pit Pro, Typhoon ATV and XTREME/CRF50~CRF70 style engine owners a 4 Tube High Capacity replacement cooler, or an Add On for those units not equipped with an oil cooler. This cooler offers a 30% increase in cooling capacity over the OEM Pit Pro oil cooler. Also features Stainless braded AN style lines for improved looks and durability. This cooler fits almost all Bikes and ATV with the Honda XR50/XTREME style engine. The Kit comes with 2 mounting brackets for use in almost all applications.

Why this Cooler over a "Cool Looking" Billet Cooler?

One simple phrase, Heat Rejection! Heat Rejection is the ability of a device to transfer heat from the working fluid (the engine oil) into the cooling medium (in this case, the Air). A Billet cooler has thick walls and a small surface area, so the heat rejection is very low. The billet cooler transfers a relatively small amout of heat from the engine oil to the air. A billet "cooler" is really a "Heat Sink". Billet coolers are very strong, they would make a really good hammer. On the other hand our "Tube and Fin" oil cooler uses thin aluminum tubes and welded fins to offer a huge surface area, not a good hammer; but a great heat exchanger! The hot Engine oil is in contact with the tube and just a few tenths of a millimeter away is the cool air. This type of cooler moves large amount of heat from the hot oil to the cooler air very quickly. One final thought, Have you ever seen a NASCAR or F1 Race car with a Billet Radiator or Oil Cooler? No, and you won't; because these coolers do not work effectively.

200949: Race Head Kit: This new High performance Cylinder head is an upgrade for our “Super 88” kit. Equipped with 25mm intake and 22mm exhaust valves this head offers improved breathing. Use with 52mm or 54 mm bore kits requires special piston to clear larger valves. Head has plenty of room to port to your specifications. Flow bench work will greatly benefit this head. Also requires the use of 200300 camshaft, intake to match your chosen carb, piston to match your head and gaskets to match your cylinder bore. We can equip many kits with this race head. Not for use on Stock 50 or 70 engines. Must use one of our Big bore kits.

200216 39mm or 200217 47mm: Xtreme 50/70 full gasket set: A full gasket set for 39 or 47 mm bore engines. Fits most 50 or 70 cc "C" series engines. order gasket set by the bore size of your engine. Some gaskets will not be used on all engines. Most major gaskets fit Xtreme Machines and Many others. 200114A 114cc Big Bore Kit w/carb or 200114M 114cc Big Bore Kit w/o carb

This kit is for use on the TY90 and others with a 69mm tall cylinder. Kit contains a New Aluminum Cylinder, 26mm Performance kit, Race Piston Kit, Race Head Kit and a Whole Lot More. Take your 86 cc TY90 or other "C' series equipped engine out to 114cc. All without a crank change or case boring (on Xtreme Engines). Engine becomes 54mm bore X 49.5mm stroke. Individual parts are available for repair or rebuilds.
